Click & Collect – Barham Store

We offer a Click & Collect service from our shop in Barham, making it easy to order online and pick up in person.

Order Processing Times

In-stock items

• Orders placed before 3pm are usually processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 3pm are normally ready the next working day.
• Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Supplier stock items

• These can take up to 4 working days to be ready.
• This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Collection Confirmation

• Once your order is ready to collect, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
• To avoid any disappointment, please wait for this email before visiting the shop.

Collection Hours

You can collect your order during the following times:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
