We aim to get you back out on your bike as fast as possible.

The timescales can vary depending on diagnosing or determining a fault but we aim to complete any work within 24 hours of Shimano approving the case. We have motors, batteries, cables and peripherals on site.

To facilitate this please bring any bikes or parts on time and in a clean and tidy condition, any extra labour incurred washing and cleaning or removing stuck parts will be charged at an hourly rate.

When you arrive for your booking we'll run a basic diagnostic on your bike and give you a booking date. If you require any other work please let us know prior to your visit.

We will work on any Shimano steps equipped Ebike from any brand or bought from any shop.

How much will it cost

If the bike was purchased through us, any approved warranty work will be free of charge, anything else please have a look at our pricing tab.

You can normally claim back anything spent through the original retailer, make sure to check in with them and keeping your invoice.

Shimano have a 2 year warranty on their Ebike components, please ensure you have an in date proof of purchase.


There are a few things we won't work on: 

Chipped or derestricted Ebikes.

Tampered with or modified batteries.

Homemade Ebike conversions.
