Returns Policy

You can return any item to Biketart within 90 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Condition of Items

  • All items must be in ‘as new’ condition.

  • Items must be complete with original packaging.

  • Please package items securely—do not stick anything directly to the manufacturer’s packaging.

  • Returns Documentation

    • Include the returns form provided with your order.

    • If you don’t have the form, include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, or a note with your order reference number and name.

    • If you don’t have a printer, a handwritten note is acceptable—just include your returns reference and identifying details.

  • Return Shipping

    • Use a tracked delivery service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked or Hermes).

    • For returns due to a change of mind or items you don’t need, you are responsible for the return postage cost.

    • If the packaging is damaged, we may apply a 10% re-boxing fee if you still wish to return the item.

  • Processing Returns

    • Most returns are processed within 2–4 working days of receipt.

    • During busy periods (e.g., Christmas), processing may take longer.

    • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • Exchanges

    • Exchanges are allowed for items currently in stock.

    • Special order items or items not in stock cannot be exchanged; we recommend returning for a refund or credit and placing a new order.

  • Important Notes

    • We do not offer free returns. You are responsible for any postage costs associated with returning items.
