Returns Policy
You can return any item to Biketart within 90 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Condition of Items
All items must be in ‘as new’ condition.
Items must be complete with original packaging.
Please package items securely—do not stick anything directly to the manufacturer’s packaging.
Returns Documentation
Include the returns form provided with your order.
If you don’t have the form, include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, or a note with your order reference number and name.
If you don’t have a printer, a handwritten note is acceptable—just include your returns reference and identifying details.
Return Shipping
Use a tracked delivery service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked or Hermes).
For returns due to a change of mind or items you don’t need, you are responsible for the return postage cost.
If the packaging is damaged, we may apply a 10% re-boxing fee if you still wish to return the item.
Processing Returns
Most returns are processed within 2–4 working days of receipt.
During busy periods (e.g., Christmas), processing may take longer.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for items currently in stock.
Special order items or items not in stock cannot be exchanged; we recommend returning for a refund or credit and placing a new order.
Important Notes
We do not offer free returns. You are responsible for any postage costs associated with returning items.
