At Biketart, we’re committed to providing high-quality products that stand the test of time. However, we know that issues can occasionally arise. Here’s what to do if you believe your item is eligible for a warranty claim.
Warranty Terms by Manufacturer
Each of our manufacturers offers unique warranty terms and timeframes. To check the specific warranty details, please visit the manufacturer’s website directly.
How to Start a Warranty Claim
If your product has experienced a fault you believe falls under warranty, reach out to our support team by providing the following:
- Your Name
- Proof of Purchase or Order Reference
- Order Date
- Product Details
- Detailed Description of the Fault
- Photo of the Entire Product
- Photos of the Faulty Area
- Photo of any Serial Numbers
Once received, we may ask you to return the product for inspection at Biketart or directly to the manufacturer. This review typically takes up to 10 business days once we receive your item.
Some manufacturers do not require the product back; in these cases, we’ll advise on the next steps.
Important Notes on Returns
- Postage Costs: While we’re unable to cover postage costs, please contact us before sending any item back. If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid Royal Mail returns link.
- Warranty Coverage: Warranty terms generally cover manufacturing defects only. Items and issues not covered include:
- Normal wear and tear from standard use or use in extreme conditions
- Damage from crashes or impacts
- E-bikes or components used on chipped or de-restricted e-bikes
- Damage due to misuse, lack of maintenance, or neglect
