We aim to process all returns within 2-4 working days of receipt. At busier times of year it can take a little longer.
Once your return has been processed you'll receive an automated email confirmation with the exchange or refund details.
If you haven't received that within 10 days of receipt please send us a message, it's useful to include a tracking reference for the return if you have one.
