We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Whether it's due to a change of mind or any other reason, we've got you covered.
We can cancel your order at any time up until the point it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you'd like to change the items on your order, an address or contact details we'll do our best to help.
We can normally make any changes up to the point of shipping, if you've purchased using finance or a cycle scheme we are unable to make any changes.
If your order has already been marked as dispatched we're unable to make any changes. Some couriers allow us to change an address but in most cases we'll be unable to do so.
If the order contains the wrong parts, you can either reject the parcel or return to sender.
