Stock & Dispatch Information

We hold a large range of stock in our warehouse, and most items can be dispatched within 1–2 days of ordering.

Supplier Stock

If an item is sold out in our warehouse, you may still be able to order it from supplier stock:

• Supplier stock items are normally dispatched within 2–3 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

• Some suppliers may take longer for specific or hard-to-find products.

• If there’s any delay, we’ll always email you with an update.

Understanding Stock Messages

On our product pages, you’ll see two stock messages just above the “Add to Basket” button:

• In Stock with Supplier – Despatched in 2–3 Days

• In Stock

These messages indicate whether the item is ready to ship from our warehouse or coming from supplier stock.
