Biketart Suspension Service Centre – Now Open
We are excited to announce a major upgrade to our workshop! Our dedicated in-house Suspension Service Centre is now open, offering factory-level maintenance and tuning for forks, shocks, and dropper posts.
As part of this expansion:
We’ve invested in the latest tools and genuine parts to ensure every service meets the highest standards.
We’re delighted to welcome Kean, formerly of DUST Bikes Innsbruck and KT’s Bike Shed, to the team full-time. His expertise covers everything from standard air-can services to complex damper rebuilds and custom shim stack tuning.

We service all major suspension brands using genuine parts and high-performance fluids. Services can be booked standalone or alongside a general bike service.

Full Fork & Shock Servicing – Comprehensive strip-down, cleaning, and rebuild.
Custom Tuning – Optimise suspension for your weight, riding style, and terrain (including shim stack adjustments).
Seal Replacement – Prevent leaks and reduce friction.
Damper Repairs – Diagnose and repair internal hydraulic issues.
Dropper Post Servicing – Ensure smooth actuation and reliability.
Spring Upgrades – Swap coil springs to match rider weight.
How It Works

Drop-off: Bring your bike or suspension components to our workshop.
Post: Mail forks or shocks if you’re not local.
Full Service: Combine suspension servicing with a general bike service for maximum efficiency.
We aim for a quick turnaround so you spend less time waiting and more time riding.
