Lost Packages
At Biketart, we aim to ensure every order reaches you on time and in perfect condition.
If your order is lost in transit:

Include your order number and any relevant details.
Most couriers allow up to 10 days from dispatch to consider a parcel lost.
Please note: During busy periods such as bank holidays, industrial action, or Christmas, deliveries may take longer than usual. If your order hasn’t arrived on time, don’t panic—contact us, and we’ll do our best to advise you.
Damaged Packages
We understand it’s disappointing to receive a damaged package. If this happens:
Email [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or packaging.
We will review your documentation and, if needed, arrange a replacement or refund.
For courier claims, we may request additional evidence to process the claim.
