Changing or Cancelling Your Order
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or update your order. We’re here to help where possible.
Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel, simply visit our Contact Page and speak to a member of our team.
Making Changes to Your Order
If you need to update items, delivery address, or contact details:
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes up until the point of shipping.
Orders made using finance or a cycle scheme cannot be modified.
Once an order is marked as dispatched, changes are generally not possible.
Address changes after dispatch:
Some couriers allow us to update the delivery address after the order has been sent, but this is not guaranteed.
In most cases, once an order is dispatched, we’re unable to change the delivery address, so it’s important to check your details before shipping.
