We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or update your order. We’re here to help where possible.

Cancelling Your Order

• You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

• To cancel, simply visit our Contact Page and speak to a member of our team.

Making Changes to Your Order

If you need to update items, delivery address, or contact details:

• We’ll do our best to accommodate changes up until the point of shipping.

• Orders made using finance or a cycle scheme cannot be modified.

• Once an order is marked as dispatched, changes are generally not possible.

Address changes after dispatch:

• Some couriers allow us to update the delivery address after the order has been sent, but this is not guaranteed.

• In most cases, once an order is dispatched, we’re unable to change the delivery address, so it’s important to check your details before shipping.
