- You can return any item within 90 days of receipt to Biketart for a full refund or exchange.
- All items returned must be in 'as new' condition and must be complete with their original packaging.
- Please make sure the product is packaged well and do not stick anything directly to the manufacturer's packaging.
- Please return the item with the returns form included with the order. If you do not have this then please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, or a note with your order reference number and name.
- Use a tracked delivery service e.g. Royal Mail Tracked or Hermes. If you are returning an item that you don't like, don't need or you've simply changed your mind on, then you are responsible for your return postage cost.
- We aim to process all returns quickly and most are completed within 2-4 working days of receipt. At busy periods such as Christmas this can take longer.
- If you have requested a refund you will be refunded to the original method of payment.
If you don't have a printer we also accept hand written notes, just make sure to include your returns reference and something to identify you in the parcel.
We do understand that sometimes packaging can get damaged, in that case we will apply a 10% re boxing fee if you'd still like to return the product.
Our returns system will allow exchanges to be requested, please note that only items 'in stock' will be eligible for exchange. If you require a special order item we'd recommend re ordering and sending the original order back for a refund or credit.
We do not have a free returns policy so you will be liable for any returns costs.
