If your purchased your Steps equipped Ebike from us and it's still within it's 2 year warranty then good news! It's free of charge.

If you are out of the warranty period and you've got a fault, let us know. We may still be able to help depending on the bike.

For bikes purchases elsewhere we charge the following rates:

Diagnostics and Firmware updates: £30

Fault finding and diagnostics: Charged an hourly rate of £60  (this can take a bit longer if you're not sure exactly what the fault is)

Peripheral or cable replacement: Charged an hourly rate of £60

Motor removal and refit: £60

Parts not covered under warranty will be charged at their current retail price. Any parts covered will be free replacements.

Most retailers will allow you to claim back your expenses so we'd encourage you to contact them and keep any receipts.
