Order Dispatch & Tracking
Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, so you can follow your order all the way to your door.
You can also check your order status and tracking by visiting your Account Page.
Dispatch Times
In-stock items: Usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Orders placed after 3pm on a weekday may be processed the next working day.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Supplier Stock Items
If an item is sold out in our warehouse, it may be ordered from supplier stock, which is normally dispatched within 2–3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Some suppliers may take longer for specific or hard-to-find items. If this happens, we will always email you with an update.
If you think there might be a problem with your order and haven’t received a message, please contact our team.
Weekend Dispatch
Please note that we do not dispatch orders over the weekend.
Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed on Monday.
