When we've dispatched your order you'll get a confirmation by email which will include the tracking information so you can track it to your door.
Just head to your account page here to see your order status or tracking.
We aim to dispatch all in stock orders withing 1-2 days, please note this doesn't include weekends or bank holidays.
Orders placed after 3pm on a weekday may not be processed until the following day. Any orders placed after 5 on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
As we allow products to be bought from our supplier stock when we sell out in our warehouse, It can occasionally take a few days to dispatch orders. These items are normally dispatched from us in 2-3 days excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Some suppliers may vary for specific or hard to find products. While our estimate is normally accurate it can occasionally take longer. If this is the case we'll always email to let you know.
If your order is effected by this we'll always email to let you know. If you think there might be a problem with your order and haven't received a message, let us know.
Weekend dispatch
Please be aware we don't dispatch anything over the weekend, if you make an order after 3pm on a Friday we won't be able to post anything until Monday.
